The world-renowned SEVEN Gravel Race returns to Western Australia in 2026 — and this year will be the largest event in the race’s history, attracting elite riders, recreational cyclists, international spectators and media crews.
SEVEN is officially part of the UCI Gravel World Series, meaning riders competing here can qualify for the official UCI Gravel World Championships. This places the Southern Forests & Valleys region firmly on the world stage as a premier global cycling destination.
In 2026, race routes and event activity will extend deeper into the Pemberton region, bringing significant visitation, accommodation demand, and local business opportunities.
Routes pass through towering karri forest, river valleys, rolling farmland, and remote fire trails.
SEVEN is known worldwide for one thing: pain.
The climbs are brutal, beautiful, and unforgettable.
Top riders secure entry to the official UCI Gravel World Championships.
Expect global coverage, livestream content, documentary crews, and elite teams.
You can expect:
Full accommodation across Pemberton, Northcliffe, Manjimup and Nannup
Significant bookings for restaurants, cafés, wineries & tours
Increased requests for bike-friendly services, early breakfasts, transport & trail support
Major foot traffic through the Visitor Centre
This is one of the largest shoulder-season tourism boosters the region will see in 2026.
